Refund Policy

At Pole Pole, we aim to be transparent and fair. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for booking fees, deposits, or rental payments.

1. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is required to secure your booking and cover any damages during your stay.

  • The deposit is refundable within 30 business days after check-out, provided:

    • No damage is found beyond normal wear and tear

    • No unpaid rent, utilities, or other charges remain

    • All keys and access cards are returned

    • The apartment is left in acceptable condition

2. Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee may be charged to hold the apartment in your name.

  • This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rental Payments

  • Rent paid in advance is non-refundable if a tenant chooses to terminate the lease early, unless a replacement tenant is found (subject to management approval).

  • In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., government-mandated relocation, force majeure), management may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations Before Move-In

  • If you cancel your reservation:

    • More than 30 days before move-in: Full refund of the deposit (excluding booking fee)

    • Less than 30 days before move-in: 50% refund of the deposit

    • Less than 14 days before move-in: No refund of the deposit

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for processing after approval.
